A Ag\u00eancia Reguladora de Energia e Saneamento B\u00e1sico (Agenersa), a Defensoria P\u00fablica (DPRJ) e o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/rj\/rio-de-janeiro\/cidade\/rio-de-janeiro\/\">Rio de Janeiro<\/a>\u00a0(MPRJ) assinaram, nesta segunda-feira (6), um termo de ajustamento de conduta (TAC) que\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">prorroga por mais tr\u00eas anos o prazo para fazer o servi\u00e7o<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Com o acordo, cerca de\u00a0<strong>500 mil usu\u00e1rios<\/strong>\u00a0que ainda n\u00e3o fizeram as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es ter\u00e3o at\u00e9\u00a0<strong>22 de mar\u00e7o de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0para que suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es sejam verificadas. Antes do TAC,\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">o prazo acabaria neste m\u00eas<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ) tinha aberto um inqu\u00e9rito\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/rj\/rio-de-janeiro\/noticia\/2023\/03\/01\/mprj-investiga-pratica-abusiva-no-servico-de-autovistoria-de-gas.ghtml\">para investigar o procedimento por pr\u00e1tica abusiva e m\u00e1 presta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>. Consumidores relataram dificuldade para marcar a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e reclamaram do custo do servi\u00e7o \u2014\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">empresas cobram at\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">R$ 400<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">\u00a0pela visita<\/span>.
